Had issues with my 19 cayenne AC blowing warm air, the earliest date they could even take a look at it was more than a month away. Sent several emails none was replied to. Expect my pregnant partner and a 1 year old baby to endure the summer heat for an entire month with a defective car which is still under warranty. Bought my car in to another Porsche dealership which managed to provide me with a slot in less than 2 weeks. I canceling my major service appointment with Porsche Brisbane and get the other dealer to do it all along with the warranty repair.
